At Purity Space, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Return addresses are provided after approval, as returns are processed through our logistics partners.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

In these cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return outside the European Union.
This does not affect statutory consumer rights within the EU.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
This right exists independently of our 30-day return policy.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
